Day 29 When Is root development adequate to transplant autoflowering from 1l to 20l pots? Stem length is now 15cm on Day 29. Plants appear healthy to me. Any other grow suggestions welcome (Eg nuts for root growth? Less light?) based on appearance.

you should actually never transplant a autoflower since a autoflower goes into bloom after 21 days and should not be stressed you should of potted in his end pot

Your best bet is to get them transplanted Asap. Transplanting an auto can go unscathed if done gently and properly. When the medium is drier and will stay all together for a seamless transition. Root binding on the other will impact an auto much worse.

I'd say do it now! Give her the most time you can to recover. I personally would on your next grow go from your starting container in my case peat pellets to the pot you want them to finish in. The less stress on an auto the better! Cheers and happy growing!
