Is this a deficiency? Or really strong pheno coloration? (Purple/brown is Strawberry Cheesecake, smaller is Purple Lemonade)

Not sure what deficiency this is, if any. Organic soil 50%, coco 50%. pH is at about 6.2 (distilled water). I'm seeing early signs on my new, 9 day old sprout. The purple / brown seedling is more of an experiment, 3 weeks old, had heavy heat & root stress. Too early for nutes?

Yes it's too early. Wait until you see the true leafs start before nuits. True leafs are the typical 5-7 fingers you think of with pot leaf.
As said your purple one was burnt and looking like coming back.
Other baby is fine just let it grow

Yellowing is okay at this stage but I wonder whether the purpling is related to the strain or some kind of nutrient deficiency?

Nutrient burn, Light burn, or Phos Def? red stems purple bruises,Noticed red lines leaking red into the leaves with purple bruising, and the starter bottom leaves seem to be turning yellow, with the leaves above looking dark green with spots.
