Looks that way to me man, see some similair effects to my plants in their 4th week of veg in my diary ( I think It’s week 4)
Make sure your ph is right when feeding and giver a nice boost of cal mag.

Interveinal chlorosis and dead spots on leaves, deficiency?This started appearing about a week ago, after I watered until runoff with plain water. Root rot or pH imbalance?This blueberry muffin (f) plant was doing well until last week when it started deteriorating. Its grown on a mix of cocopeat, vermicompost, perlite mix and fed on compost tea and cal-mag mix. I might put it down eventually but I checked the pH and it was 5!
