Yellow & brown spots in 2nd and 3rd week in coco-perlite nursery cup. What am I doing wrong? Fed until 20% runoff (extra), strained. Smth with roots?2nd grow in 70/30 coco-perlite mix* & very similar issues w. yellow/brown spots in weeks 2-3, then stabilizes.
*CalMag & pH buffered 6h @ 0.5mS, pH5.8, strained** & seed planted.

Cotyledon issue from seedlingHave seedlings from Auto Colorado Cookies (Dutch Passion). One already has cotyledons, but not opened yet. I see some yellow and bigger brown spot of the tip. In the beginning I had 250 PPFD, could this be the issue?
Now I am around 100 PPFD and put the light a bit up. See photo.

Brown Spots on LeavesI've got some brown spots showing up on the Wedding Cake leaves, first thought it may be mold but it doesn't rub off and I sprayed both plants with neem oil about a week ago just in case. Could be CalMag deficient? I use RO water with about 150-200ppms in 3 liters once a day.

Too soon for leaves to be turning brown and curling!The auto widow circular leaves are curling at the tips and the tips are turning brown, and one of the pineapple kush auto circular leaves is not only brown at the tip but looks like about a third of it on the end is gone. Calcium / PH issues? Did I take the correct steps?Am I on the right track to remedy my plant's issues? Seems like calcium deficiency to me. Soil test comes in at just under 6.5, my reservoir water going in is 7.3ph, in case its actually a lack of calcium and not the PH i've top dressed gypsum (and epsom salts).

Brown spots on bud sites leavesHi all,
I’ve been getting these brown spots in the past 2 weeks, mainly on the top leaves located nead bud sites.
What could this be? Ph is ok, I’ve already tried to flush her, Rh is around 45%.
This is day 65, ~20 more to go. Will this affect the bud formation or quality?

So closing week 7 now and my 4AM are showing signs of deficiencies again. I watered(with nutes) ph'd around 7 past few times and the runoff has still been ~5.9, indicating acidic soil(nute lockout)?At this point, you think it's best I just flush with plain tap water(ph ~7.7)?Week 6
