Hi folks, I need help with a leaf discoloration problem. I’ve got brown spots but it is only on one leaf so far. I have checked the charts but I still can’t figure out what’s the problem.

That is a calcium deficiency.
First check your ph is in the correct range if not correct it if problem persists or if ph is good add lime to your soil or cal mag or other calcium supplement.

Saw this first day of 12/12Pretty sure this is just where I got nutrient solution on my plant yesterday when watering unless it's something else?
