Hey there Neros, two things. First thing the plant is growing a bit slow because your temperature to humidity relationship is a bit off. at your temperature you should be at a lower humidity, or at your humidity at a lower temperature. If you somehow manage to fix this you'll see a quicker growth (maybe for the next full round?) . The burning is actually from pH fluctuations, right now you're giving a lot of things that raise the pH which is causing symptoms for example take out alg a mic and pH - and use bioheaven (pH 6.5) only.
