Failed attempt at lst in my opinion....?! I dunno, I don't like how it curved at the base...f-n steel was a bitchđ and how it's getting out of the pot, can I fix her? Do I keep on lst'ing? Did I butcher her? I let off on the top bend in the pic...also clone advice...good? Day 2

Oh you can definitely still tie her down. Maybe don't try to pull her straight down towards the pot, but slightly twist that bit to the left or right and then secure gently. It's alright to have some curvy ladies. Just keep it loose and adjust it every so often if it needs it.

Thanks bros...stupid question...is FIM for straight up growth? Vice versa for topping...I read bending and FIM is hand in hand somewhere...too much info and too many ways...to many hot days at work lmao.

I'd bend her around a bit longer then do a topping I wouldn't fim. Maybe week or two.

I'll admit I was rough...I seen the steel just rub the stem...then squish the new growth đł then I figured RGB wire is great...learning lesson. I'll continue with the bend but be less doofy. When should I top or FIM? Another week? I definitely noticed I slowed the growth on her.

Like in your diagram keep pulling the top down to create more tops. Looks like you were rough with her but these "weeds" are hearty girls. Keep going she won't do you wrong. đ€đ

Advice on defoliation/LST - getting too chaotic hereIs it fine to cut off some of the big fan leaves this early or should i just tie them down to expose the tops to more light?
