Hey bro! 👋😇
I see you love to craft and optimize things. I love doing that too. I made a similar dryer for myself. The idea is to keep light from getting inside while ensuring the harvest doesn’t mold during drying! If such a box isn’t ventilated, the buds can spoil without drying. In addition to everything you’ve done, I recommend shading it so that light doesn’t penetrate! Seal all the holes, and make the area where you open the box lightproof when closing it! Take a PC processor cooler or one from a PC case. Grab an old mobile charger or some old weak power supply (1A) 6-12W (the lower the volts, the fewer RPMs, the less noise it will make, the less air it will push through the box, and the slower the drying will be, which is also very important!!!). The main task of the cooler is to prevent air from stagnating at the top since humid air from drying will accumulate at the top. Use a knife to make two identical holes, one at the top of the box and the other in the opposite corner at the bottom! The holes should be the same diameter as your cooler. Connect the cooler to the power supply and install the cooler in the top hole on the outside of the box to pull air out! Take double-sided tape and some old women's tights. Cut out shading nylon "nets" from the tights and stick them on the double-sided tape over the holes inside the box. Be careful not to let the cooler blades catch on any part of the "net" while spinning! You can attach the cooler to the box with regular wire. 👌 This "machine" costs $10, but it’s worth $100 in benefits. 👌
Good luck, friend! ✊😇
