Still not flowering

Long time ago, i had 2 dwarf auto on my balcony, one topped begin to flower early at week 3, the normal one at 5. The normal one final size was arround you have now.

If you're using artificial lighting with lamps, you need to set a light schedule of 12/12 to speed up the start of flowering! You also need to start increasing the Bloom supplement in your watering and decrease the Grow supplement at the same time. The ratio of Grow:Bloom is 1:3 ... but don’t try to overfeed the plant with nutrients! It looks healthy and mature, showing a slight deficiency in the lower level with some leaves drying out! No it doesnt affect flower but it restricts the potential size of your girls. If your outdoors the root system could get pretty hot in the sun, also detrimental to your plants. If they dont start soon, they may have mixed your seeds up if you ordered them and maybe they sent photos, by mistake instead. Cheers
