Your trichomes are coming on nicely. Still some way off. Not enough brown pistils. In another 4 weeks you will see her fatten up.

Looks like you've still got a little longer to go yet, they look mostly clear to me.
What I'd do is wait until 80% of the pistils are brown then start your flush. You're very close though. I'd say it looks like another week and she should be there.
