Hi mate. There definitely is such a thing as leaves are important for photosynthesis and feeding those buds up. In your case though, you look really close to harvest anyway so creating some stress can be of benefit in the final stages. I know a lot of guys tinker with lights and water in the final stages to create some stress and shoot those last bits of energy into the buds, a defol can do a similar thing. Best to go with the gut instinct I reckon! đ»

You can go too far, but maybe not so late in flower.
I still leave some leaves on top levels, never striped them so much even on second flowering defoliation wave.
But she looks ok, so you should finish fine.
Your girl anyway has not overpacked canopy, you could leave her mostly untouched.

VPD is getting problematic as the plants seem to be respirating a lot during the day and it rises tent RH sometimes up to 70% - exhaust duct fan wont keep up. Temps 22-24C

I have already removed some of the lower leafs that turned yellow.
I plan on putting them into flower within 2 weeks, they already take up 1/4 (almost 1/3) of the grow height including pot.

Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right?

Tempâ 29C on , 25 off. Average RHâ68%.

Defoliate or LST?Defoliate or LST? Both Grapefruit and Bruce Banner are ready for some love but due to the short bushy nature of this grow, if we LST and start bending the plants their leaves will end up touching the soil. Would it be better to remove a couple of fan leaves to let light in?
