Am I dealing with a Calcium Deficiency

looks like it from just looking at the leaves you pictured. I see it in many different herp plants, when they get to much rain water.
PH regulated groundwater on regular basis does the trick for me.
BUT when looking at the whole plant in picture one of week three i dont think thats your problem but rather it has a problem with getting Mg.
It does not only effect new grow when i look at your plant which is importen when deciding for which nutrient defeciency to treat for. Mobile or inmobile.
You also have highly purple stems and in all the plant shows signs of all kinda defeciencies.
To much water to little nutriens is what it looks like to me and you just flushed :-/

Could someone help me to identify the issue my plant has?This girl isn't looking healthy anymore and I need to figure out why. What I did: I topped her pretty early but she recovered well (you can see it in my grow diary). A week later I transplanted her from 0.5L pot to her final autopot 14L. Yellow & brown spots in 2nd and 3rd week in coco-perlite nursery cup. What am I doing wrong? Fed until 20% runoff (extra), strained. Smth with roots?2nd grow in 70/30 coco-perlite mix* & very similar issues w. yellow/brown spots in weeks 2-3, then stabilizes.

Brown/yellow/purple leaves inThis started out as brown spots on big fan leaves and has turned into what you see on the pictures. I've been ignoring the discoloration until I was greeted by some wilted, dead leaves on plant #2 today.

Spots on leaves, dying leaves, afraid of bud rot later. Last grow same plant-similar problems in the end bud rot. SleepyJoe Strain.I was advised 10 days ago that my plant was overfed.
Since then it has only been getting 6.5 water and unfortunately new problems are starting to appear.
