this is the first time i defoliated my plants. in this week u can see before and after, will this give bigger yields or did i stress them too much ?

Hi Dear, You are in the fifth week and you still have time to go. She will be just fine. I always high-defoliate my plant like this at the first and fourth-fifth week of flowering like this and continue to pluck the extra leaves shadowing the buds for the rest. have been only giving them molasses , liquid seaweed and water at a ph of 6.8, trying not to give anything to them that they dont need, and so far so good BUT now i am in 1st week of flower, anything i should be prepping for in the weeks ahead nute wise. soil is happy frog
