She is probably just showing her sex now, which is normal. My autos showed sex on day 17, but didn't start flowering until 2 weeks later. If it's an auto, it will flower when it's ready, but you should still get the pre-flower stretch first. Autos will flower when they flower though, not much you can do except make sure your feed is good. You could accidentally push them into flowering early with stress. Thinking they might die, they flower early to try and get seeded before the end. If its photo, just keep at least 18hrs of light and they won't flower.
To be honest though, it looks completely normal and I wouldn't worry, it's just getting towards the bushy stage. It will probably stretch in about 10 days and then true flower will begin in 15-20 days. Best of luck!
