Light penetration for inner defoliation?? Outdo

High, y’all. This is Dark Star from T.H. Seeds. She’s a broad-leaved Indica 3 weeks into flower. Looking up into my plant I’m getting 15% light pen or so. Should I be shooting for a certain percentage or perhaps clean out a majority of the inner veg? 2nd year (legal) grower.

Hey, she is looking great. I would get some of those fan leaves out, that way you get more light to the whole plant and the buds will be bigger too. As the plant won’t waste water to those big fan leaves. Happy growing

I was actually more worried about potential fungus, but 280 characters for a grow question isn't ever enough ;-P

I would do some defoliation to allow the light to get in.
