I'm 99% sure that its due to ypu sprayng the leaves with water and the light burning them afterwards as they act like a magnifying glass. If you spray like that, turn on the fan so it dries fast, otherwise just use your water in the soil, even if sprayed, aim at the soil, only spray the leaves if you are applying pesticides or delta 9 enchancers. Never spray your leaves unless you have an actual reason. RH being too low and needing to quickly supplement a nutrient are good reasons. Even when you must do this, only do it during dark hours when the plant will have enough time to dry before lights on. The good news is, she's a little burnt, but she wont even notice it! It's very slight right now.
