Looking for clarification on the Flush time required for a RDWC grow? I have read this can be as little as 2 days of just plain water but should this also include CalMag if I am RO water? I assume the standard root rot treatment continues? i.e. OxyPlus, HydroGuard, Phytoff? Thanks

Contrary to what happens with soil or coco, where the media keeps some nutrient and needs some time for the plant to consume it. in DWC, once you change the water, there is no more nutes in the growing media, so there is no need for a long flush, 2 or 3 days is enough. There is no need for calmag on those days.

There is no need to flush at all honestly, but if you feel you must, 2 days is fine for hydro. Just pH'd water, nothing else needed, it's just 2 days.
