is it tiny, a mite or a actual spider I found a green spider myself. If mites then ya address asap with soap maybe neem or dilute isopropyl alcohol or dilute peroxide or a miticide safe for weed. Use gentle but meticulous brushing of leaves to disrupt eggs webs in crevices top and bottom and near stem repeat every couple days watch this for demonstration. very good www.youtube.com/watch im a newbie I've used 1pt 3% hydrogen peroxide to 10 pt PH5.8 spray and 1tsp neem 1L , about 10 drops baby shampoo0 just so it can mix and stay mixed a min or 2. If u do it spray while lights are off so you dont burn your babies with good airflow so it dries quickly. Again I'm a newb I assume you know its a spider that eats insects not weed plants. but webbing on the plants itself sounds bad from what i seen green spiders aren't a risk to us depending how you feel , its not going why not have a live in security guard outside your garden lol relocate it? If its not like a normal 'house spider' be great if you add pictures gl -Astral

I would, unless you wanna wash your buds at harvest or ingest fecal matter and spiderwebs 🤷‍♂️🏻
