Another grower told me the same think , his cookies from RQS were not vigorous , they were mutating , so I guess you need to avoid the RQS coockies , every breeder have a "fail" in their catalogue so I guess that one is the RQS fail ( from my experience , not the only one but other than that RQS is legit and reliable )
Don't ask for refund as they are not refunding , ask for a new pack or a pack of a different strain to be sure to not fail again : I woul have personnaly asked for a pack of the failed seeds + a pack of any strain to compensate the time lost , they can say no but they can say yes
