Yellow spotting with some holes

New colas that are breaking through to the canopy have some yellow spotting on the leaves and some of the spots have holes. What is this?
-Ph on run off is good.
-Plant got some nute burn 4 days ago but I reduced the feed.
-This is 4 days after LST and lights brought closer

The tips look like nitrogen toxicity, which you already corrected apparently. If it stops spreading, you're good. Those small yellow spots could be just about a million things, but I would try to solve that one unless it starts spreading. Keep it up!

If you want a plant to recover you actually want to move the lights further away to reduce the photosyntetical load so they can spend more energy on recovery.
I wouldn't sweat it, those marks don't appear serious, probably left overs from the nutrient burn, the plant still in "recovery" if you move the lights a bit she will be good in no time.

Seedling Light-burn or ToxicityHi growers!
Is this Light Burn, or nutrient toxicity from nutrient dense soil?
2 Mars Hydro TS600 lights at 27" from seedling.
PH 6.3 misting soil - RH is 75-80%. - Temp is 77F
No light meter, so I estimate PPFD is in acceptable range despite using 2 lights in 2x2 tent.

Suddenly, massive problems. Tried a lot already, nothing helped yet. Any ideas what I'm missing?Hey guys, I've been growing for a few years now and something like this has never happened to me. Deficit or too much fertilizer or EC in the soil pls helpI have been mixing my water with distilled water for 2 weeks before adding the fertilizer to correct my EC downwards. PH6.5 EC 800ppm after Fertalizer.
Leaves are still Belbn but only top not bottom stems are purple....
I am honestly at a loss (2nd grow)
should i flush or add P ?
