the older leaves are not dark green but light green with burnt tips and sunburn spots.
use of light mix plagron with bloom algae.
1.5 ml per half liter of water for two times a week and once only tap water.

that's simple calcium deficiency, you always need cal mag when you grow indoors. hope this helps ! 🚀

What may caused the issuesChecked the runoff and confirmed 6.2PH and 130 ppm on water.
checked on my Tank and same was happening.
so gave a 603 ppm solution of cal/mag. Grow A+B perfect pH connoisseur, H2O2 at 5.8 pH.
Will await for results.
