I believe your plant has been overfed. she looks a bit underwhelming and not quite where she should be under a 600w hid.

It could also be a iron excess also impairing phosphorous uptake, i see you have some red'ish colours on the stems, this could be caused by too much light, too much cold, or phosphorous deficiency thus my theory.
Consider this only if The8thchevrons answer doesnt fix it because it will most likely do. I'm just coming with this from looking at ur nute shcedule and looking at the plant.
You should also consider if the ph levels are correct.

Usually light or heat burn. Maybe with a touch of low RH. Underwatering could be an issue too. All easily fixable problems. I bet you know which is most likely and will be able to take care of it. ✌️

Heat shock from heat matrasse.Heat mat overheating 30C° and burning seedlings. Leaves look crispy now. Removed the mat from under and just layed onto the side of my propagator tent. Temp now 27C°. Banana Hammock hurting!I opened my tent yesterday morning and the Banana Hammock is hurting! Any thoughts about what may be wrong?
