Looks closer to an LST. But answer your question one with the most branches/tops will yield the highest.

Training?How exactly should I go about this plant when it comes to training? I've not grown a fem in a while and I'm just looking for a full canopy (or as full as possible). I know about topping, fimming and tieing down the branches, but is there some other/better techniques?
