The other driver you are is most likely to run the two fan.. You will have two drivers if you have two switches.. if you don't have two switches then you have only one driver and your light is a 140 watt led..

значит выходит: если стоит 2 драивера вместе выжодит реалный 280 W
одинь драйвер питает один кулер(12V,0.25A) и 70 светодиод на 1ватт

Says it on the drivers in the model number if I see the picture correctly looks like 1drivers.. 140 watts.. Not a lot of light... will give you a half good return.. nothing special. The model name B50140W-F.. That says the driver is 140 watts.
