Diamond black vs. Diamond nectar by GHE

Hi everyone,
I've read Diamond nectar is very good. But I noticed there is a very similar product from the same brand: diamond black.
I was wondering what's the difference, and which one would be the best in an indoor grow in coco with high frequency fertigation.

When to use terra aquatica ripen? Wait until they look ready to harvest or when they look like they will be ready in 2 weeks while using ripen?I'm coming to the end & I think they need a few more weeks at least, but I may be just kidding myself, thinking they're gonna double in size.

Soil pH not adjusting even after watering pH water.So Far I've been 6.5-7 pH water, & organic ferts BioThrive Grow, Bloom & CalMag.
