I would tie a bag tightly around any infected buds and chop them off. If you notice it again, then consider harvesting. It would be a shame to harvest now, you're at least 3 weeks away from a harvest window. You could still add on 50% more weight at this point. It's a tough call either way. You could always harvest now and use it to make concentrates, but you're still missing out on so much.
