partial harvest? higher buds almost ready, lower buds not ready. when to harvest first buds?

the"highter buds" seem already quite finished, brown pistils and very milky trichomes. i want a energetic high so milky trichomes, but they are very small, so i want to let them grow as possible. how long can i wait until they turn amber? will they grow more? and partial harvest?

Nice job—- you can do a partial harvest! No worries on that! However, those look like they need at least another week or two

Hi, we already talked about Harvest and when Harvesttime comes...
And yes its possible to harvest in parts, just cutting the ripe buds and letting the rest mature

Auto flower peakAuto flower ripen peak question. I just saw a video where a couple who exclusively grew auto flowers regularly said mid 80s is the max number of days autos peak and they won't ripen more than that. Any truth to that? The buds stretching out is getting ridiculous on the Tangerine Dream. Aside from watching out for herms what would happen if i pruned the budlets that are stretching? The plant is healthy aside from those signs of possible stress. A week or so away from harvest IMO.Week 12
