Purple Stem in young plants

Hey, guys! I germinated this Auto Purple and it's been 2 days and I think it hasn't developed much and the stem is starting to turn purple. I am worried because I helped her to expel the husk from the seed and it ended up falling. Did I destroy the root? What do you about it?

It’s caused by the jiffy, if u nut them with some first feed kind nuts they will recover but they are good, if u start in soil u did not experience this kind of problem like with jiffy

Is it nutrients? Light?What can this be? The stem is red, and I thought it could be over lighting (I had 2 LEDs of 200 W each), so I removed one of it. But now I am also wondering that it can be nutrients, no? If so, how can I solve it? Let me know what you think. It's an autoflower - 7 weeek.

Purple stems on some seedlings?Why would the plants on that edge of the tray have purple stems? Nutrient deficiency? I noticed the one I checked with a purple stem had more roots showing from the rockwool cube than any others... think they're trying harder to get to the juice cause they got shorted?

Never used Coco soil before first time grower lol, is biobizz allmix any good? I'm using the dreaded mg wish I did my homework first but u live and learn. Just having an absolute nightmare with the slow release nutes phosphorus deficiency and low pH run off any ideas please 🙏

Red stems on 5 out of 6 seedlingsMy seedling are about to be a week old and I’m concerned about red stems. All of them have it except one seedling. My temps have been up to 87 at its peak right before the lights shut off and around 71 at the lowest before they turn on.

Leaves continue to get yellow and fall off. Plant dying, bud looks okay.Still having issues with my plant. Leaves are getting more and more yellow and 2 have fallen off. Pretty far from harvest still for the leaves to be getting this yellow. Temps in tent are 18-22 c with leds 200w act wattage. Overwatered once but I doubt it would cause this. Ideas?6y ago

Deficiency or lockoutIs this a simple N deficiency or a lockout? I gave her more N last feeding but nothing seems to have changed. still stunted and still bottom yellow leaves. Should I feed her a micro/bloom mix or flush her??! Her soil ph seems to be correct and ppm so idk if its a build up of salt

Need help! Promix hp or bx users (experienced)Question for those using promix bx or hp. I'm a grower of 15 years just started using this soil and can't seem to get this soil right. Missing nutrients high phI put my moisture/light/pH thing in the soil and it is high in alkaline. We have a lot of Alkaline in our water here. Soil is made out on my growers farm. She has grown for 30yrs now. Never had these problems till this year. What can I use to compensate and bring the ph down?
