Hey Growmie, Unfortunately, this could be from an array of things like strong direct light, Genetics, Temperature Fluctuations (temp too cold at night), Plant Stress, Nutrient Deficiency Caused by Lack of Nutrients, Nutrient Deficiency Caused by the Wrong PH, but judging from how happy you plant looks in the picture I would put my money on it being the from the direct light, and as long as the plant keeps looking this good you have nothing to worry about. Feel free to shoot me a holler if you ever need any help, I'd be honored to assist you. Hopefully, this was helpful, and remember ... "Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".

This is due most often to genetics, but it can sometimes be an indication of phosphorous deficiency.

Strong LED light will do this any petiole it hits. There's nothing anyone has figured out that i know of to avoid it. P-deficiency is possible, but only if you see other coinciding factors. If you don't see blue-ish color creeping into leaves, less likely any problem occuring. further progression results in blotches and other issues. S-deficiency if you see long purple/red streaks in the stems. Your plant looks super healthy. I'm not blowing smoke up your ass. lush, veins look healthy etc etc...

I don’t worry about it if it’s just on the petiole. If it’s showing a lot on the main stem it’s of concern and usually a feeding issue. This looks quite healthy and happy IMO
