Help needed with diagnosis

I think it’s some fungus, if u can remove the infect leaves , quarantine for this plant and change place if u have others plant here because maybe the “mother fungus” it’s already in zone. If the canopy is fully infected you have no gain to try a recovery, if u can cut and start the quarantine somwere for this plant and in 2 weeks are fine the plants is not fully infected inside and it will recover easy with only the cut’s stress maybe.
