RO water, and yes I use cal mag.maybe not enough? 2 ml per gallon. Should I try 3?

Why suddenly curly leaves ?My S.A.D have not looked good for a few days, the leaves are curling up and some of the leaves are turning purple / red. Is that because of the cold? Top of plant chewed offI woke up this morning to the top of my Passion #1 seedling chewed off by birds. Is still worth growing? I can't imagine the amount of stress that plant endured. It's a rare strain so I'd like to try and finish it but not sure if the juice is worth the squeeze?
