Wind burn or over water?

The leaves on my plants are getting a little crooked. Look at the last photos in week 3 to see. My fan is in low pointing away from the plants. The little guys move around a little bit, but I’m worried it’s too much. Or am I overwatering? If look, you’ll see I don’t wander much.

It looks to be under watered? Soil looks very dry. The fan is no problem. If it was you would have little rips and tares.

Do I have pests?I’m growing a Zkittlez alongside an OG and Gelato. Some strange holes appeared on the Zkittlez 4 days ago. I don’t see any evidence of pests other than the holes. When should I put the pellet in the 5 gal pot??I am currently growing a tangie'matic with "a pot for pot" grow kit. At first the seed germinates in a pellet.
