Confirm Nitrogen Toxicity ?

I believe my plant is beginning to develop nitrogen toxicity. The leaves are dark green and shiny. They are also thick and feel tougher than the leaves on my other plant

Your pH also. It's only your 1st week of flower so dial it in for around 6.0, hold off nutes for a couple feeds. 👊👍

Yes, I would agree with your hypothesis. Curling/clawing, dark, shiny leaves like you described are the tell tale signs of N toxicity. I would give her a gentle flush with RO or Distiller water and after that just feed with plain spring water until she starts to recover!
