Is my plant stretching?

Hi, i'm currently concerned if my plant is stretching? I am hoping to perform LST with in the following week and worried that she is strong enough yet. This is my first ever run so all advice would be welcomed!

Hi Mate,
as Autos are not that stretchy as their photoperiodic sisters. You won't have that hell of a stretch. I would definately wait until you have 2-3 more nodes before bending. I think I can predict that you'll get the 4th stage by the end of next week.
Then I would start bending your damsel. But it's just a suggestion.

She hasn’t gotten to the stretch yet. The first 2 weeks is more on root development so you won’t see a ton of growth above soil. The third week you should see a lot more veg growth. You can check my Blue Dream’matic diary for reference. The latest week shows how much growth between Day 16-21. As for LST, I usually wait until week 4, around Day 25.

Any way to save my clones, and have healthy clones from these? I took these about 7 weeks ago and life got ahead of me. The plants these are from are greatI took these clones 7 weeks ago and never got around to transplanting them. As you can see, they are rootbound, stretched, and stunted. My question now is, is there any way I can make these clones usable? If not, it's a lesson for next time, but I want to use these clones.
