Seedling skinny taper on stem??

My 1 day old seedling is about 4 inches in height and has tapered in the middle to a really skinny point and it's done this in the space of 12 hours? What is happening?

Drop your light. Inch at a time. That's what I would do.

How close/intense is you light? Stretching is a sign of too little/too weak lighting

My grow box its 40x40x140 I got few cm left for reach the top with my light I tried to bend down the main cola some how you can see in the pic. What do you think about? The day after I did that some pistils on the top got little bit brown, because stress or light too

They are too big and I have not so much space remaining, what should I do ?68 cm already and only 25cm of height available (with the actual scrog), I just flipped to 12/12. Should I keep on scrogging or top all the heads ? I don't really know where to top as I removed some of the bigger leaves on one side. Thx !

How many watts do I need for my small tent?I am using a full spectrum LED that draws only 30W from the wall but it might be too weak since my plant is getting lanky. Wtf happened?Wondering if anyone can help me understand why one plant grew out so stretched and with unformed buds while the other from same seed packet appears normal. Is this just a weird pheno? The strain (NLTxGelato) is a new one so I'm not sure how stable the genetics are.

Also Im RE uses last crops soiless mix as medium.

30%peat moss in HYDRO claypebbles
40% Coco coir
Dried for 2month before washubg and BUFFERING with cal mag.

Plant growingIch habe noch zwei Fragen zum einen was sind die Braun/Grauen Blätter auf der kleinen Pflanze? Was habe ich da Falsch gemacht? Und bei der großen Pflanze ist da noch was zu retten oder ist die durch?
