Seedling skinny taper on stem??

My 1 day old seedling is about 4 inches in height and has tapered in the middle to a really skinny point and it's done this in the space of 12 hours? What is happening?

How close/intense is you light? Stretching is a sign of too little/too weak lighting

I was excited at 2 to 3 inches but she's about to break 5 inches and the first true leaves still don't want to sprout. Wtf happened?Wondering if anyone can help me understand why one plant grew out so stretched and with unformed buds while the other from same seed packet appears normal. Is this just a weird pheno? The strain (NLTxGelato) is a new one so I'm not sure how stable the genetics are.
