Any small set-up drying tips?

So I'm at cutting time for one of my plants. I'm thinking of doing a homemade drying rack and putting some in a paper bag. My grow tent is not an option as, I'm currently still growing some plants. Does anyone have any tips for this?

Spare bathroom or closet? You can hang it up almost anywhere as long as it’s dark, humidity is around 55%, and there is passive airflow—- fan pointing away—- I dry in my basement

Get a wardrobe box that's what I use I put slits about 1/4 inch wide bottom middle top then holes all around the box, I use a fan for air flow set up a humidifier/dehumidifier which ever u need a heater or ac.

RH and Temp settings good for tent in bathroom?I set up a Govee automation in my basement bathroom. My tent is set up with a sensor inside and when it gets down to 58% humidity it turns on a humidifier. Once it gets to 60% it turns off. Should this be good with an inline fan going on low the whole time? Room is 55-60F.

What would you advise I do with my harvest/dry/cure?I got 2 weeks untill I am away for 2 weeks. Should I start flushing now and harvest it next week so she can start curing while I am away for 2 weeks I have no one to mind it or help me out so she will be unattended for 2 weeks and I don't want to fuck up my buds.

Should I jar early? 5 days after chop I harvested last Wednesday. I did a bit of a wet trim because I was worried about the humidity in the tent with the light off. The first few days the RH was between 50-70% and the nugs felt wet. Now it's been 45% for 2 days and the nugs are rock hard. Should I put in jars early?

Drying seems too fast after chop (Growing and Drying in a Shed). 5 days too quick and how to slow it down?Thanks! My last 2 grows seem to dry too quickly. I dry in a shed but rh and temps are decent- 70-75F & 50-60rh. Even tried letting 1 plant go 6 days instead of 5 before trimming and the jar never climbed over 54% after. Is this normal- should I & how could I slow the dry down?

I have two drying options for my one plant. Wine fridge with perfect temp or closet with perfect humidity. Which is best?Should I dry my one plant in a wine fridge with a compressor that causes the humidity to fluctuate between 50-70% but can be set to a perfect 60f, or should I dry in a closet with perfect 60% humidity but temp at a steady 74f with no way to lower it?
