My general process:
Allow the plant to drink up all the water in the soil for a day longer than normal, this cuts the amount of water in the buds at harvest time. Harvest to hooked branches and hang with light aircurrent (not direct) at 68f 50-60RH, I usually got 54-55%. Yes, sometimes on the 2nd or 3rd day they'll feel wet and spongy, its normal, they'll keep drying out. You want as slow as possible without creating mold or mildew. Dry until you get a stem-snap in the center of a bud, place into jars to cure, pref with humidity control like Boveda packs. 58-62% RH.
