I would invest in a dehumidifier. They generate heat. Appears you’re growing in a brick walled basement. I would go ahead and vacuum up the surrounding area of any dust . Debris/ shit and cover those exposed, dark (mildew? Mold?) exposed wooden planks. Beyond any concern for high heat, I would focus on humidity levels thru flower in that space. You may find that adding a dehumidifier generates the right level of ambient heat for your plants.
