Purple Trichomes : how to be sure? Guys, look at my purple bud auto... Flushed for 2 weeks, I have some white ans golden trichomes. Should I go for harvest?

Pollinating females with male pollen of the same strain(backcrossing)Does anyone know anything about making there own seeds? I know there is a little science to it and I do know a minimum. 1 thing I know is to take out early sexed males as they have hermaphrodite genes. If anyone knows anything else that would help greatly
