Ph problem?

Is this a ph problem or something else? My meter doesn’t seem to be accurate. I’ve been feeding top crop veg once a week and ph 6.3 (soil), my run off was a bit high, a gave just plain water (ph 7) but no help. Photos from two plants. Heeelp

1. Calibrate your pH pen/meter 2. PPM is just as important, what’s the PPM of input and runoff?
