You have a few issues....sativa genetics, still early in flower, and you’ve already got tops of plants too close to a quantum board. No easy answer. If you chop that top cola off (not my suggestion) it will stunt growth at a critical time in early flower + remove the biggest part of your plant. If you don't, it will grow past and above the light source and turn to larf at best. You should expect even more vertical stretch since you’re still so early in flower with very Sativa looking leaves and plant structure.
Here’s what i would do...try and turn this into a vertical grow. Hang your light along a wall of the tent. You’ll have to combine this with some serious training but what it would allow is for your top cola to be trained in a way that brings it back toward the light horizontally and not vertically. This is highly unorthodox and way out of the box thinking but you are in a tough apot and I’m trying to help. We can talk you through this if it’s something you want to consider doing. Google vertical ScrOG in the meantime.
Good luck
