Why are the branches turning purple?

I go with sunburn as well. It is very normal some strain are more prone to this then other strains. . When there is a limiting factor causing purpling of the stem or leaf you also notice a slower growth related to it... From overwatering to nutrient deficiency or excess to ph swing. But in many cases it is either genetics (happen in shaded parts of the plant has well) or sun burn happen only to parts exposed to light and dosen't interferre with overall general growth nor health of the plant.. everyone likes their girl with a little tan in the summer don't they.

I agree with Nor_Cal_Kannabliss, definitely plant "sunburn", something as an outdoor grower I see once in a while on exposed stems. Not much to worry about in the grand scheme of things.
One litre every other day sounds a bit light on for water, in my opinion.
Also, be careful those wire ties don't cut into the stems while she grows, even if they are rubber coated wire, for if they are too tight, they can end up "strangling" branches. Hope this helps...... Organoman.

I think in your case, its the start of a phosphorus deficiency. Uses a lot during flowering and can cause branches to turn purple, follow by parts of leaves, switching to brown and crispy leaves as it gets worse. Looks like your leaves may have already started this.
Unless this is your last week before harvest, id definately up it until then.

They can do this for a few different reasons. Most likely is is just the plants reaction to your light. Think of it as a sunburn. You removed all it's protection so it's building its own. 🤘😤

The soil is dry on the top but still wet a few cm deep.
The light is 35 cm above the plants and 60 watts.

Weak rubbery stems, slow bud development. Ideas to help recover or increase growth?I have 2 plants, both crop kings feminized blue dream.
