What is this crust growing on some of my leaves?

It is very possible that the crust is that delightful resin, I haven't cut it because of that.... Still observing not spreading buds are getting fatter

Could be sap leaking out also. Never know

I would inspect this. And try to see how deep it goes. You don't a bud rot do to a leaf having probleme. Dead or dying leafs are pathway to pathogene. Like botritys. I cant tell yu what it is but i would snip this leaf from inside not risking anythinf and try to see i side and. Could be just nutes exesss that cause this. But most will agree. A sick leaf so closes or inside a but has to go.
