I would put it down to being burnt by too much/too strong fertilizer at this young age. As NorCalKannabliss said, those bottom leaves dying off is more or less normal and not something to be concerned over. Tiny baby seedlings need virtually no extra nutrients until they have grown into baby plants.

On your bigger girl those bottom leaves yellow up and die. That's normal. Your small seedling looks to have some Nutrient burn but she should grow out of it. Some of the other leaf spots may be a defiency and I'd probably supplement in some calmag. 🤘😤
