Spots started slowly showing when it had a different 600w light, too much heat back then, this started a little "save operation" changed light, made the plants look a bit healthier but now it looks like the spots have spread and also affected the leaves above... Are they healthy?

With the size of the plant and the size of your pots it might actually be a root-lock which means the pot is too small for the plant and the roots have nowhere to grow. Start with repotting your plants in a bigger pot (I'd pot it in a 11 liter right away) and when doing that check if the roots are tangled within themselves, if they are then gently untangle the roots before potting the plant! After you repot them give them a nice nutrient rich (N-P focused/Veg) watering with at least 20-30% of it as runoff, and don't forget to make sure the pH is balanced. Also try to use a medium with good drainage in the new pot to prevent any water damage. Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)

Looks like overwatering damage. Remember to let it dry out between watering.

Are you using coco? To me looks like calcium deficiency. Also check the PH if lower than 5.5 might lock the cal/mag absorption

Could be a sign of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, manganese deficiency. Could also be nutrient burn. I know, it could be a cloud passing over your roof!! 😁 Agree with @Smoke24. What's your ph of your nutrient feed & the run off? Also it doesn't look like you have perlite in your soil? If there's not, then you should get some ASAP & transplant them. Without it your soil wont drain & it will get thick & stodgy. Can I ask what brand of soil is it?

need to check your runoff ph, around 6 would be ideal. Happy growing.
