Looks a bit like phosphorous deficiency to me.
I'd also PH your water to 6.5-6.8 with soil/coir mix vs 6.1
Cant seem to see what your feeding them or any NPK ratios.
May just be getting hungry,

Yellow & brown spots in 2nd and 3rd week in coco-perlite nursery cup. What am I doing wrong? Fed until 20% runoff (extra), strained. Smth with roots?2nd grow in 70/30 coco-perlite mix* & very similar issues w. yellow/brown spots in weeks 2-3, then stabilizes.
*CalMag & pH buffered 6h @ 0.5mS, pH5.8, strained** & seed planted.

What is causing my leaves to turn dark and dry?I'm growing 3 Gelato #33 plants in a DWC 5 G bucket setup. Same conditions for all 3 plants, but one of them is experiencing dark spots on the leaves and now they are beginning to shrivel up and dry out. The newer growth looks okay, but might not last long.
