I like to cut lower offshoots that I don't think will ever grow into tops. If you don't think it will stretch and become one what's the point. But personally I wouldnt fim or top a plant in a solo cup. I'd wait till I moved it and it's root structure was a bit more developed. 🤘😤

First thing is move them to a bigger pot, bag or whatever you use brotherman. Next thing is I, myself do not de-fol unless air and/or light does not penetrate thru the branches. If you look at mine, I have mine fimmed, topped and lst, tied down. When you have plants that have a nice node spacing or stretched, those big fan leaves are great for the plant. Different story for a squat, bushy plant. If it was mine I'd transplant and begin lst when they recovered a day or 2.Now that's me.

For my opinion on de-leafing, please read the answer I gave about this topic to Uk420Show on this very same question. It is rather long and I am too lazy to write the whole opinion again in your question. Uk420Show's question is in this same page, just a couple of spaces above your enquiry. Hope this helps,..... Your plant is not bushy, so it's not necessary in my opinion. Usually you want to trim leaves when airflow is limited by lower leaves. Looks like you might want to transfer to a bigger pot though, or your plant will suffer from being root bound.
