Nah, just leave them. They are still photosynthesising and producing energy for your plant to grow and are quite normal for baby plants. They will eventually shrivel up and then you can remove them if you like. Most probably they will just fall off anyhow. No need to worry, but do leave them, they are probably making 10-15% of your plants energy at the moment.

No need, the early small leaves usually just wilt and fall off as the plant matures, just make sure to remove them as soon as possible to prevent mold, mildew, and fungus gnats!

I don't add any nutrients to the plants. Only organic things during the grow, if something is missing.
The soil is a mix of compost and earth with nutrients (stuff you buy for vegetables).
