The more organic methods like eggshells/gypsum/bone meal/milk/dolomite lime usually have hard mineral that take time to break apart and absorbed in the soil so while this is a good organic and natural way or low cost (additives are pretty cheap though) to add calcium it is not the most efficient! If you want to keep your grow organic then go with one of those options with lots of water in irrigations to break the minerals apart and dissolve them! If efficiency is what you're looking then Cal-Mag/Calcium additives is your answer! containing Calcium sulfate in a liquid state which is more readily available to your plants in the medium! You could try increasing your "Micro" fertilizer by about 20-30% since it contains Calcium, but be mindful of your plant since it also contains quite a bit of Nitrogen in it so toxicity may happen! If you want a sure way to treat a Calcium deficiency then you could just buy any Calcium additive online for quite cheap and use it with 1/3-1/2 recommended dosage. Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)

First always make sure ph is right. Including run off. That can cause nutrition problems when they don't really exist. But I use cal mag from blue planet. I also run the rest of their products to not have issues mixing brands. I run it strong, my mix has coco coir in it and it loves sucking cal mag up. Good luck and happy growing 👊

How i do it..: First add some "stone pulver" in the soil. There are different types...but provide minerals long term. I also add a bit of "Garden chalk" in the soil - doesn´t provide that much minerals but stabilizes and has a lot of magnesiumcarbonate. Just don´t overdo it! Both is supercheap. Depending on your water you may need cal/mag addition - and therefore i use a real supplement (biobizz calmag since i use biobizz line..).
