Rust on leaves PLEASE HELP!!

Rust on leaves i water with pH 5,8 EC 2,0 i grow coco EC runoff 1,8-1,9 pH runoff 7,0-7,5 but pH runoff coco is not something to rely on i don’t use calmag want to use it since this problem i have given him some pK today

well your medium pH is way off of where it should be, the pH and EC of the runoff are very important to determine the fertility of the medium and when the pH of the medium is in the 1.8-1.9 range all nutrients uptake but Iron (Fe) are completely inhibited!! And it seems like this caused a Boron (B) and Calcium (Ca) deficiency- Twisted/abnormal and thick new growth with necrotic spots between the leaf's veins. Start using a Cal-Mag additive (preferably just Calcium) which will increase your soil pH and balance it, if this still doesn't help consider liming or using a pH up solution.
